PRC2-AgeIndex

PRC2-AgeIndex is the average DNA methylation (DNAm) in Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2) low-methylated regions (LMRs) which are highly bound by PRC2.[1] PRC2-AgeIndex is a universal biomarker of cellular aging in somatic cells.[1]
